At Luxeskin by Chrissy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered in excellent condition. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, which means our returns and refund policy differs from that of some other retail categories.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7 day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be considered for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any damage, we recommend refusing delivery where possible and contacting our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost during transit, we will work closely with our delivery partners to investigate the matter.

If we determine that a shipment has been lost, we will notify you promptly and take immediate steps to resolve the issue. If the parcel cannot be located within 5 business days after notification, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in circumstances where a return has been approved or where an order is confirmed lost during transit.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer. While refunds are often completed within a few business days, some financial institutions may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

If Your Refund Has Not Arrived

If you have been notified that your refund has been approved but have not yet received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your payment provider or credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
  • Contact your bank, as some institutions require additional processing time.

Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional events, clearance offers, or special discounts are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange for an approved item, please contact our customer support team at support@luxeskinbychrissy.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Gift Purchases

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved return may be processed in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the gift was originally shipped to the purchaser before being given to the recipient, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser through the original payment method.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non refundable.

For higher value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.

Luxeskin by Chrissy reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
